Students will understand trends of finance, tax, and social security systems in various countries.
In this class, students will compare financial, tax, and social security systems in various countries while paying attention to theories about finance, tax, and social security.
Professor will make brief explanations. After that, students will make summary reports and participate in discussions. Selected students will then organize these arguments.
Professor will show students specific subjects at the beginning of class. In the first half, students will use the latest Japanese literatures and in the second half the latest foreign language literatures.

各国の財政・租税制度及び社会保障制度等の動向を理解する。
Students will understand trends of finance, tax, and social security systems in various countries.
本講義では，財政・租税論や社会保障論等を念頭に置きつつ，各国の財政・租税制度及び社会保障制度等の国際比較を行う。
講義は担当者による簡単な解説の後，受講者によるレジュメ報告，全体での議論，担当者による論点整理により進めることを想定している。
講義開始時に具体的な題材を例示するが，前半は最新の日本語文献を，後半は最新の外国語文献を取り上げる。
