By analysing socio-economic structure of Denmark as an innovative welfare state, this course aims at getting abiility to study conditions of sustainability of the welfare states.
An innovative welfare state can be defined as "a state in which innovative human resources and organizations are promoted by the various institutions and values of the welfare state and innovation is easily induced". This year, after an overview of the Danish innovation system, we will read research papers on public sector innovation and labor-driven innovation.

イノベーティブ福祉国家としてのデンマークの社会経済構造を分析し、福祉国家の持続可能性の条件を考察する能力を身につける。
By analysing socio-economic structure of Denmark as an innovative welfare state, this course aims at getting abiility to study conditions of sustainability of the welfare states.
イノベーティブ福祉国家とは「イノベーティブ福祉国家とは、福祉国家の諸制度・諸価値によりイノベーティブな人材や組織が促進され、イノベーションが誘発されやすい国家」と定義できる。今年度は、デンマークのイノベーション・システムを概観した後、公共部門のイノベーションと労働者主導のイノベーションに関する研究論文を読む。
