Students will deepen their understanding by discussing globalized labor-employment relationship framework.
As globalization of management is progressing, labor unions are called to fortify their international solidarity. Nevertheless, many Japanese labor unions are still active only in Japan. In this class, students will discuss countrywide labor-employment gap between globalization of corporations and stagnated globalization of labor unions. In addition, students will focus on Europe when analyzing social regulations on multi-national corporations and labor unions’ expanding network. Students will discuss about how the labor-employment relationship in response to globalization should be.

グローバル化に対応した労使関係の枠組みについて議論し，理解を深める。
Students will deepen their understanding by discussing globalized labor-employment relationship framework.
経営のグローバル化が進展する一方で，労働組合による国際連帯の強化が叫ばれて久しいが，日本の多くの労働組合は，未だ一国的な活動にとどまっている。本講義では，企業のグローバル化と労働組合の一国的運動という労使間のズレが何をもたらすのか，議論する。そのうえで，欧州を中心に，多国籍企業に対する社会的規制や労働組合のネットワークの拡大のケースを考察し，グローバル化に対応した労使関係のあり方を検討したい。
