Students will be able to think for themselves about how management accounting should affect the decision-making, behavior, and psychology of managers and organizational members.
In recent years, it has become more important for organizational members to exhibit their creativity and to cooperate with each other. Read and discuss papers on management accounting for creativity and collaboration. Since most of the papers are written in English, it is necessary to prepare for English reading comprehension from the spring semester.

経営管理者や組織成員の意思決定、行動、心理に望ましい影響を与えるための管理会計のあり方について自身で考えられるようになる。
Students will be able to think for themselves about how management accounting should affect the decision-making, behavior, and psychology of managers and organizational members.
近年、組織成員の創造性発揮や組織成員間の連携が一層重要になってきている。創造性や連携のための管理会計に関する論文を読み、議論する。多くは英語論文となるため、春学期から英文読解の準備をしておく必要がある。
