The objective of this course is to cultivate the ability for understanding and interpretation of recent tendencies of accounting standards and its influence on corporate income tax.
Students will deepen their understanding by reading textbooks and academic papers, attending lectures related diversification of accounting standards and its influence on corporate income tax, interpretation of article 22-4 of the corporation tax act.

企業会計と法人税法との関係はどのようにあるべきか。わが国において、かねて俎上に載せられてきた議論であるが、近年、企業会計側の変容を背景にあらためて関心をあつめている。ここで企業会計の変容とは国際財務報告基準（IFRS）導入を端緒とする会計基準の複線化に他ならない。本講義では、租税法の観点から会計基準の複線化に係る論点を提示し、今後の方向性を考える。
The objective of this course is to cultivate the ability for understanding and interpretation of recent tendencies of accounting standards and its influence on corporate income tax.
会計基準の複線化に対して、これまで法人税制は是々非々で対応してきたが、今後、個別財務諸表に適用される会計基準について、さらにコンバージェンスが進むか、あるいはIFRSの適用が認められた場合、どのような問題が生じるのであろうか。本講義では、解釈論と立法論の観点から検討する。
