To learn about the initiatives and policies of various organisations on wellness and understand the role of wellness medicine in this context.
In this lecture, students will learn from literature and textbooks on wellness in Japanese and English.
In addition, to support their independent research activities, students will read review articles in international journals of their own choice, present the contents, and then explain and discuss the contents.

ウエルネスについて様々な組織の取り組みや政策について学び、その中でウエルネス医学の役割について理解する。
To learn about the initiatives and policies of various organisations on wellness and understand the role of wellness medicine in this context.
本講義では日本語または英語のウエルネスに関する文献や教科書を教材に学ぶほか、受講生の自主的な研究活動をサポートする目的として、受講生が自ら選んだ国際雑誌の総説論文などを精読し、内容を発表し、その後、内容について解説し議論する。
