The objective of this course is to catch up with the current trends and developments in international law doctrines through a review of the latest "General Course on Public International Law" presented at The Hague Academy of International Law.
In each class session, one chapter will be examined from "Solidarity and Community Interests: Driving Forces for the Interpretation and Development of International Law" by Rudiger Wolfrum.
A designated participan will summarize the contents of each chapter and report on the distinctive focus and points made in Wolfrum's discussion.

国際法ハーグ・アカデミーで毎夏開講される国際法一般講義の講義録の検討を通して、国際法学の動向を把握する。
The objective of this course is to catch up with the current trends and developments in international law doctrines through a review of the latest "General Course on Public International Law" presented at The Hague Academy of International Law.
Rüdiger Wolfrumによる、"Solidarity and Community Interests: Driving Forces for the Interpretation and Development of International Law"を、各回１章ずつ講読する。
報告者は、各章の内容を要約し、Wolfrumの議論に見られる特徴的な着目点や指摘について報告する。
