【Course Objectives】

The objective of this course is to catch up with the current trends and developments in international law doctrines through a review of the latest "General Course on Public International Law" presented at The Hague Academy of International Law.

【Course Contents】

In each class session, one chapter will be examined from "Solidarity and Community Interests: Driving Forces for the Interpretation and Development of International Law" by Rudiger Wolfrum.
A designated participan will summarize the contents of each chapter and report on the distinctive focus and points made in Wolfrum's discussion.
