This course aims to help students obtain basic understanding of the World Trade Organization's (WTO's) dispute settlement system and learn main regulations on subsidies by reading recent reports of panels and the Appellate Body.
This course addresses several important cases regarding subsidy regulation by World Trade Organization (WTO) law. Each student makes a presentation, which is followed by student discussion.

WTO紛争解決制度についての基本的理解を得ること，および，最近のWTO判例の読解を通じて，補助金による産業政策に対するWTO協定上の規律について学ぶこと。
