The objective of this class is to read a basic literature on German Civil Law.
Students will read a textbook on German Civil Law translated into Japanese (General Provisions, Property Law, Torts) The student in charge will prepare a resume in advance and review the contents based on it on the day of the class. The other participants will ask questions as appropriate and discuss jointly.

日本語訳されたドイツ民法に関する教科書（民法総則、物権法、不法行為）を講読する。担当者は、担当部分のレジュメを事前に用意し、当日は、それに基づいて内容を検討する。他の参加者は適宜質問をし、共同で議論を行う。
