The aim of this course is to promote better understanding of civil law’s problems in modern society through reading literature.
In this course, we will examine basic literature and case laws based on the interests of each student on various issues related to the Civil Law.
This class emphasizes the autonomy of the students. In other words, the literature to be read is selected according to the interests of the students. In each class, there will be a report by the person in charge and a discussion by all the participants.
Students must attend the first class as the topics of each session will be decided during the first class.

民法の分野で現在問題となっているさまざまなテーマについて、文献講読を通じて理解を深めることを目標とします。
The aim of this course is to promote better understanding of civil law’s problems in modern society through reading literature.
この授業では，民法の分野で現在問題となっているさまざまなテーマについて、各学生の関心に応じて基本的な文献や判例を検討します。
本授業では、受講者の皆さんの自主性を重視します。すなわち，受講者の有する問題関心に応じて講読文献を選択し、担当者による報告と受講者全員による議論を行います。
講義の具体的なテーマに関しては第1回目の授業の際に決定するので、受講者は必ず第1回目の授業に出席してください。
