The aim of this seminar is to read outstanding theses in fields pertaining to the Companies Act and deepen understanding of the relevant field through critical consideration thereof. To the extent possible, recent theses will be used, however, depending on the specific field, theses with classic content (however, which are still worthy of consideration today) will be used.

会社法分野における優れた論文を読み、当該分野における理解を深めることを目的とする。

会社法の各分野における優れた論文を読み、これを批判的に検討することを通じて、当該分野における理解を深めることを目的とする。できる限り、近時の論文を対象とするが、分野によっては古典的内容の論文（しかし、今なお検討に値する論文）を対象としたい。
