We will study the basic theory of comparative law and comparative civil procedure. We will read my book on new directions of American comparative law intensively and discuss about it.
We will read New Directions of Comparative Law intensively and report about it respectively. Furthermore, We will read basic articles on European civil procedure.

比較法および比較民事訴訟法の基礎理論を研究する。テキストとして私の『現代アメリカ比較法学の行方』を精読し、その内容について議論する。
We will study the basic theory of comparative law and comparative civil procedure. We will read my book on new directions of American comparative law intensively and discuss about it.
『現代アメリカ比較法学の行方』を精読し、参加者はその内容について各自報告する。ヨーロッパ民事訴訟法についても基本文献を読む予定である。
