In this course, we will examine the role of criminal law in society by reviewing books and articles on "family and criminal law" in Germany, Switzerland, and Austria.
In the first half of the exercise, we will read Edward Schramm's "Ehe und Familie im Strafrecht", a well-known Habilitation on "Family and Criminal Law" in Germany.
In the second half of the seminar, we will read articles related to "family and criminal law" in Switzerland and Austria.

ドイツ・スイス・オーストリアにおける「家族と刑法」を巡る書籍及び論文を渉猟することで，社会における刑法のあり方を考察する。
In this course, we will examine the role of criminal law in society by reviewing books and articles on "family and criminal law" in Germany, Switzerland, and Austria.
演習の前半では，ドイツにおける「家族と刑法」に関する著名なHabilitationである Edward Schramm, Ehe und Familie im Strafrecht 2011を輪読する。
演習の後半では，スイス及びオーストリアにおける「家族と刑法」に関連する論文を輪読する。
