【Course Objectives】

The purpose of this course is to examine constitutional law theories with a focus on several issues concerning the structure of government. The course covers the basic theoretical frameworks while considering political dynamics in today’s world.

【Course Contents】

Students study various literature about the constitutional structure of government. This course uses literature written in English as well as Japanese. Although course materials and specific topics are adjusted according to students' interests, the first topic is judicial review. Other contents will be decided during the first meeting, so students should be sure to attend.
