【Course Objectives】

Administrative law studies in the general part administrative activities from a legal point of view, focusing on the form of action (administrative action, administrative legislation, administrative guidance, etc.). Such studies require specific considerations for each regulatory field. In this class, we will theoretically examine the relation between the basic principles and specific fields in the administrative law. The fields to be covered are determined based on the interests and research themes of the students.

【Course Contents】

After theoretically examining the basic principles of administrative law, we will take up individual specific issues and examine them, focusing on the legal system and related theories and judicial precedents. The specific fields to be examined will be determined by listening to the wishes of the students.
