Based on spontaneous thought and volunteer spirit, students will do volunteer work domestically for a period of time. Doing this they will improve their quality as "worker" in actual society.
Service learning is an educational program that aims for both students and organizations to learn together and improve(reciprocity) by linking academic knowledge with specific roles in actual society. From the perspective that, "Position makes a person capable", students will do volunteer work on the ground with specific roles and responsibilities for a period of time. More specifically, students will
1. Take an orientation about the meaning, content, and methods of service learning.
2. Select a receiving site/organization based on the interests and study subjects of the students and make a plan.
3. Carryout volunteer work after confirmation with receiving organization.
4. Write a report after finishing volunteer work and reflecting and sharing with the organization including about what they learned.
5. Create a new departure point as a worker in actual society

自発的な思想と奉仕の精神に基づき、一定期間、奉仕活動をおこない、それを通して実社会での「働き人」としての資質を高める。

サーヴィスラーニングは、学問領域と実社会をつなぎ、学問的知識が実社会で具体的に役割を担うことを通じて、学生本人と受け入れ先団体双方が学びあい、強められること（互恵性、reciprocity）を目指した教育プログラムである。「役割・責任を担うことが人を育てる」（Position makes a person capable)との考え方に立ち、現場で一定期間具体的な役割・責任を担って奉仕活動を行う。具体的には、１）サーヴィス・ラーニングの意味・内容・方法についてのオリエンテーション、２）学生自身の関心と課題に基づいてフィールド・受け入れ先を一箇所選定して「計画書」を作成、３）受け入れ先団体の確認が取れた後に奉仕活動を実施、４）活動終了後に「報告書」を作成し、学びの共有・還元を兼ねて受け入れ団体とともに振り返り、５）これからの働き人としての新たな出発点をつくる。
