The purpose of this class is to deepen the content of the master's thesis by accumulating research presentations and discussions by students each time. Several faculty members with different specialties provide advice and suggestion so that the objectivity of research can be ensured even in different specialized fields and that research is proceeding within a logical framework.
In this class, students make presentation under the participation multiple teachers. From the 2nd to the 7th, several students make research presentations and receive comments from faculty members in specialized fields close to each presenter to deepen the discussion in the master's thesis. In the 8th to 13th sessions, faculty members in specialized fields far from the research theme will confirm whether objective and logical research is being conducted and give advice. In the final 14th round, students will hold an interim presentation of the master's thesis to confirm how to proceed with the research toward the summer vacation.

本授業は、毎回複数人の学生による研究発表・議論を積み重ねることで、修士論文の内容の深化を図ることを目的とする。異なる専門分野においても研究としての客観性が担保でき、論理的な枠組みで研究が進められていることを確認できるよう専門の異なる複数の教員が助言と指導を行う。

本授業では、複数教員参加のもとで学生による発表を行い、議論を重ねる。第２回から第７回にかけて、数人の発表者が研究発表を行い、各発表者に近い専門分野の教員からコメントを得て、学生からの応答を繰り返すことで、修士論文における議論を深めていく。第８回から第１３回では、研究テーマからは遠い専門分野の教員が客観的で論理的な研究が行われているかについて確認し助言を行う。最終回の第１４回では、修士論文中間発表会を開催し、調査が佳境に入る夏休みに向けて研究の進め方について確認する。

事前の発表準備、事後の振り返りに時間を多大な時間と労力を要する。まず、本授業開始までに大まかなテーマ設定とそのための先行研究の読み込み、整理を各自行うこと。また、第２回から第１３回にかけて各自発表準備を十分に行うだけでなく、初回に受けた指摘事項に関しては２回目の発表時に対応策もしくは指摘を受け入れない理由を明白に示すこと。
