The goal is to acquire knowledge about policy, methodology for inferring causes, and methodology for literature research, and to reach a level that can be used in practice.
The content of this class consists of three stages. First, acquire specific knowledge about policies in general. Second, we will learn the methodology for inferring causes, which will give us hints when explaining things. Third, learn the methodology necessary for actually collecting literature.
Each time, the person in charge of reporting the literature specified by the lecturer will report, and the students and the lecturer will discuss together to acquire knowledge.

政策に関する知識と、原因を推論するための方法論と、文献調査のための方法論を習得し、実際に使用できる水準に到達することが目標である。

本授業の内容は三段階で構成されている。第一に、政策一般に関する具体的な知識を身につける。第二に、物事を説明する際にヒントとなる、原因を推論するための方法論を学ぶ。第三に、実際に文献を収集する際に必要となる方法論を学ぶ。
毎回、講義担当者が指定した文献の報告担当者を決めて報告のうえ、履修者と講義担当者がともにディスカッションを行いながら、知識を身につける。
