Together with “Supervisory Seminar on Master's Thesis 2” (fall semester), this class will provide supervision to 2nd-year master’s program students as they conduct research and write their theses. In this seminar, students are required to complete at least the process of determining a research theme and formulating a research design. (It is advisable to complete a preliminary survey or experiment.)
For each student’s particular research theme, supervision will be provided with regard to detailed research planning, execution, data analysis, and article writing. Supervision for this class as well as for “Supervisory Seminar on Master's Thesis 2 (fall semester)” will be provided by an advisor and sub-advisor who are faculty members of the Graduate Program in Psychology.

｢修士論文指導演習２ (秋学期) ｣ と併せて、 修士論文を作成する前期課程２年次生を対象に、研究と論文執筆の指導を行う｡この演習においては、少なくとも研究テーマを確定させ、研究計画を立案することまでを完了させる。（可能ならば、予備調査や予備実験を終えることが望ましい。）

学生各自の研究テーマに基づき、 詳細な研究計画の設定、 研究の遂行、 データの分析、 論文執筆について指導する｡ ｢修士論文指導演習２ (秋学期) ｣ と併せて、 指導は心理学専攻所属の教員 (指導教員、副指導教員) が担当する｡
