This class will deal mainly with cognitive behavioral therapy—especially the characteristics of intervention techniques that employ it as well as a theoretical model. Along with the above, students will also gain an understanding of the basic attitude, manner, and attentiveness expected of certified clinical psychologists as they relate to clients.
During the first half, students will come to understand the basic attitude and manner expected of certified clinical psychologists as they relate to clients. During the latter half, students will learn about cognitive behavioral therapy, the theory behind it, and specific intervention techniques that employ it. For basic interventions especially, the strategies used in actual cases will be examined and discussed.

本講義では，さまざまな心理療法の理論と方法について学ぶ。おもに認知行動療法の理論モデルや介入技法の特徴について学ぶ。また同時に，公認心理師と臨床心理士に求められる「かかわり」の基本的態度や留意点についても理解することを目的とする。

前半は，ロールプレイを通じて，臨床心理士としての「かかわり」の基本的態度を身に着けていく。また力動論やその他の心理療法の理論と方法についても解説する。後半は，認知行動療法の理論や介入技法について， 具体的な方法を学んでいく。特に基本的な介入については，事例をもとに具体的な方略を検討し，話し合いを行う予定である。 さらに，心理に関する相談，助言，指導等に，力動論，認知行動療法，その他の心理療法をどのように応用していくか，心理に関する支援を要する者の特性や状況に応じた適切な支援方法の選択・調整についても解説する。

During the latter half, students will learn about cognitive behavioral therapy, the theory behind it, and specific intervention techniques that employ it.
