＊ホテルマネジメント１と２（VL719&VL721）は内容について関係するので両方をセットで履修することが望ましい。
＊ホテルビジネスに携わったことのない生徒は、特に予習課題（テキストのリーディングを含む）をしっかりすることで事前に該当テーマの基礎を理解すること。
＊授業ではホテルの収益計算を行うので、簡単なエクセルの知識を持っていることが必要。
＊各テーマのエキスパートであるゲストスピーカーを招くことにより、現実のホテルビジネスを学ぶ機会を得る。
＊授業では双方向での議論をおこなう。

本科目は、5年以上の実務経験を有する実務家教員による授業であり、全授業回数の50％以上がディスカッションなど双方向形式の授業によって運営されます。
