＊ホテルビジネスに携わったことのない生徒は、ホテルマネジメント１と２（VL719&VL721）の授業を履修してホテルビジネスの基礎を理解していることが望ましい。
＊ホテル収益や資産価値評価を行うので、ファイナンスの授業を履修し、簡単なエクセルの知識を持っていることが望ましい。
