The public system alone cannot sufficiently solve welfare problems. It is important that citizens living in society work on solving their welfare problems.
this course aims to learn how to set up and continue activities to solve welfare issues, based on various cases.
・Learn the role of private activities that complement the welfare system.
・Examine the cases of activities of various organizations working on welfare problems.
・Select specific welfare problem and consider suggestions for solving them.

社会で暮らし人の生活を支える福祉の仕組みは、公的な制度や機関により提供される機能だけでは充足できない。社会で暮らす私たち自らが、様々な福祉課題に取り組んでいくことが、社会の福祉を補完するとともに、福祉の制度そのものにも影響を与え進化させていく。
この講義は、福祉課題に取り組む活動を立ち上げるスタートアップ時の考え方や課題、継続、発展させていくための経営的視点と実務上の課題を、様々な事例を踏まえながら学ぶことを目標とする。

本科目は授業回の全てにおいて、理論等学術的な知見を踏まえつつ、担当教員の実務家としての経験、または研究成果を活かし、教員と学生との双方向の討論を重視した実践的な授業とする。学生には、課題の発表や討論など、授業での積極的な参加を期待する。
