This course aims to clarify research themes and research methods and help students acquire the basic knowledge and skills necessary for writing a master's thesis, such as thesis writing methods, and practice thesis writing.
In consideration of the specialized knowledge gained from courses and subjects related to discourse analysis or the research area, this seminar will make students understand the current issues and research methods utilized by previous studies that dealt with the themes of their interest. Further, the module will help students to develop their selected themes. Students will be advised on the methods of writing academic papers and will be invited to deliver presentations on their research themes.

修士論文作成に向けて，研究テーマ，研究方法の明確化を図るとともに，論文執筆の方法等，論文作成に必要な基礎知識と能力を身につけ，論文執筆を実践する。
This course aims to clarify research themes and research methods and help students acquire the basic knowledge and skills necessary for writing a master's thesis, such as thesis writing methods, and practice thesis writing.
談話分析関連科目ならびにその研究領域に関連する科目の履修によって得られる専門知識を踏まえながら，関心を有するテーマについて先行研究の現状，課題および研究方法を把握し，各自の研究テーマへと集約させていく。さらに，受講者に研究テーマに即した研究発表をしてもらいながら，論文執筆に関する具体的な指導をしていく。
