【Course Objectives】

Strive to clarify research themes and methodologies, learn methods for writing academic papers and other basic knowledge and skills required to write master’s theses, and make progress on writing theses.

【Course Contents】

Based on the expert knowledge gained from taking courses about cultural anthropology, students will gain a full understanding of the present state, issues and methodologies of previous research conducted inside and outside Japan on themes of their interest, and work toward enhancing their research themes. In addition, the instructor will give detailed instruction on thesis writing as students present their research in line with their research themes.
