【Course Objectives】

To prepare for the writing of a master’s thesis related to language, culture, and communication, students will learn how to interpret and evaluate research methods and findings through an advanced reading of literature. Students will then begin writing their thesis.

【Course Contents】

While re-examining their research themes, methodologies, research designs, data, and analyses, students will proceed with their own research by delivering several progress reports on data collection, description, and analysis in accordance with their research designs. Guidance will also be provided through discussions on ways of analyzing the data as well as on the possible implications of the study.
