【Course Objectives】

The goals of this class are twofold. (1) We will address the important question of "What is human communication" to develop the ability to critically analyze things we usually take for granted and enter into a discussion with others. (2) Students will acquire a basic knowledge of philosophy.

【Course Contents】

In general, communication can be defined as the process of sharing information, thoughts, or feelings between individuals. However, there are different views about how communication is established.
In this course, I will present several philosophical topics on communication. You will learn basic philosophical concepts from the beginning.
