【Course Objectives】

This course aims to acquire the knowledge and skills necessary for literary research. Specifically, how to analyze literary texts, how to collect prior research and materials necessary for consideration, and how to read and understand them.
In addition, the purpose of this class is to develop the ability to use language appropriate for a thesis and to compose logical sentences.

【Course Contents】

This seminar is intended for students who will write a research essay, a preliminary thesis, or a graduation thesis. The class will consist mainly of presentations and discussions by the students. The students will decide on the works to be presented based on their own interests and concerns, and will set and analyze the problems by themselves. After the oral presentation, the students will write a paper or a report that develops the work further.
