In this exercise, we will discuss texts related to bioethics and environmental ethics, based on the instructor's lecture and the students' preparation.
The texts are not only philosophical or ethical books in the narrow sense. Bioethics and environmental ethics can be found in the writings of medical professionals and patients as well as those who devote themselves to environmental protection and against pollution. It is also essential to pay attention to administrative documents published by the government and international covenants.
Through this exercise, I hope the students to develop a sense of reading the relationship between thought and life and applying it to action.

この演習では、生命倫理学と環境倫理学に関連するテキストを題材に、その内容に関する講義および受講生の予習を踏まえて討論を行う予定です。
テキストはいわゆる狭義の哲学や倫理学の書物だけではありません。生命倫理や環境倫理は医療者や患者、あるいは環境保護や公害反対に身を投じている人によって書かれたものにもあらわれています。また政府が発表している行政文書や国際規約への注目も欠かせません。
この演習を通して、思想と生活との関連を読み取って行動に生かすセンスが習得できたらしめたものです。

| 1・2は授業全体の入門として挙げておきます。哲学・思想としての生命倫理学と環境倫理学を理解するうえでも有益です。 3は本科目の内容に関連する講義担当者の著作です。 4は生命倫理や環境倫理の様々な問題に通底する、権力と言語の問題を考える上で不可欠の書物ですので、受講生は授業と並行して読み進めることを薦めます。 以下、授業で実際に抜粋することを構想中の書籍等を列挙します。 Ｄ.ボンヘッファー『現代キリスト教倫理』/Ｅ.キューブラ―=ロス『死ぬ瞬間』/S.ソンダース『シシリー・ソンダース、ケアを語る』/小松美彦『脳死・臓器移植の本当の話』/ニュルンベルク綱領/ヘルシンキ宣言/「臓器の移植に関する法律」と、その運用に関する指針（ガイドライン）/島薗進『原発と放射線被ばくの科学と倫理』/Ｕ．ベック『危険社会』/低線量ワーキンググループ報告書/K.S＝フレチェット『環境正義』／P.シンガー『なぜヴィーガンか？ 倫理的に食べる』/緒方正人『チッソは私であった』/菅野哲『＜全村避難＞を生きる』/／アルド・レオポルド『野生のうたが聞こえる』/オギュスタン・ベルク『地球と存在の哲学‐環境倫理をこえて』/パリ協定条文 これら全てを取り上げるわけではありませんが、これらの中から抜粋して検討し読んでいく予定です。 | |||||
この授業は「入門」と銘打ちながら、2分野の主要問題を網羅的に扱う授業ではありません。授業計画と参考文献に示されているように、扱うトピックには限りがあります。生命倫理学や環境倫理学の本質的な要素をいくつかの内容の濃いテキストから読み解いていく授業です。
また、特に予定通りすべて対面授業になった場合、テキストの各自の予習は不可欠です。
予習と課題に取り組む労をいとわない学生の参加を望みます。
CANVASを通して配信するテキストや資料をPCに表示して受講するか、事前に印刷して持参するようにしてください。
