In this course, we will introduce various management theories related to digital strategy and innovation, aiming to understand DX. We aim to create new digital transformations and digital services through student consulting teams and to create prototypes and presentations.
The course will not only deepen students' understanding of digital transformation (DX: Digital Transformation), represented by AI and other digital technologies, but also provide them with a perspective on problem solving using digital technology for the creation of new corporate services and regional innovation. In this way, students will learn "creative business administration" in a practical manner.
Specifically, after understanding each theory of business administration related to digital strategy and innovation, practical training in the use of generative AI, design thinking, service design, agile development, etc. will be conducted. Students will independently learn no-code development tools or prototyping tools on their own and create mockups of simple smartphone applications while utilizing generative AI. The lesson plan is subject to change according to the situation and progress. The selection process is as presented separately.

本演習では、デジタル戦略やイノベーションに関する経営学の各論を紹介し、DXに対する理解を目指す。学生コンサルチームによる新たなデジタルトランスフォーメーションやデジタルサービスの企画とプロトタイプの作成、提案発表を目指す。
In this course, we will introduce various management theories related to digital strategy and innovation, aiming to understand DX. We aim to create new digital transformations and digital services through student consulting teams and to create prototypes and presentations.
AIなどに代表される、Digitalテクノロジーを活用した変革（DX：デジタルトランスフォーメーション）について理解を深めるだけでなく、企業の新たなサービスの創出や地域のイノベーションにむけてデジタルを活用した課題解決の視点を身に着けていく、これにより、「創造する経営学」を実践的に学習していく。
具体的には、デジタル戦略やイノベーションに関する経営学の各論を理解したうえで、生成AIの使いこなし、デザイン思考やサービス・デザイン、アジャイル開発などの実習を行う。学生は自主的にノーコード開発ツール、または、プロトタイプツールを自習し、生成AIを活用しながら、簡単なスマートフォンアプリのモックアップの作成を行う。授業計画は状況や進捗に合わせて変更することがある。選考方法は別途提示の通り。

授業時間中は新たな知見の紹介とディスカッションを主とし、時間外では授業で得た知識を用いてチーム全員で新しいデジタルサービスの提案作成、構築に取り組む。そのための課題を都度指示する。次の授業では、チームで取り組んだ課題について、レビューを行い、これを繰り返していきます。各自が主体的に協力して取り組むことを求めます。

AIやインターネット、スマートフォンアプリなどのDigitalを活用した新サービス創出、ビジネス変革、関連分野に関心があることが望ましい。（プログラミング言語などのICTスキル保持は歓迎されるが、必須ではない）また、コンサルティングよる課題解決やサービスデザイン等についても関心があるとよい。
