Students will understand the role, the structure and the theory of public finance and contemporary fiscal issues.
The themes of this course are the characteristics of contemporary public finance, fiscal thoughts, public expenditures, taxation, public debts, etc. This course also include international comparison of public finance systems from a viewpoint of fiscal sociology. Student will understand the problems in contemporary public finance.

学生が，政府の経済活動である財政の役割，構造及びそれを支える理論，現代財政の問題点等を理解することができる。
Students will understand the role, the structure and the theory of public finance and contemporary fiscal issues.
本科目では，現代財政の課題と特徴，財政思想，経費，租税，公債等の基本的概念について講義するとともに，現代財政システムの問題点とその要因を， 財政社会学的な視点に基づく国際比較もふまえて明らかにする。
The themes of this course are the characteristics of contemporary public finance, fiscal thoughts, public expenditures, taxation, public debts, etc. This course also include international comparison of public finance systems from a viewpoint of fiscal sociology.
