The goal of this course is to understand the strategic and organizational management of multinational companies (MNCs) by contrasting it with theories related to general business administration.
In this course, students will learn about the background, aims, and basic strategies of internationalization for MNCs.

本講義の目標は、グローバルに事業を展開する企業の戦略的・組織的マネジメントについて、一般的な経営学に関する理論と対比させながら理解することです。

授業は、Zoomを用いた同時双方向の形式で行います。PowerPoint/Googleスライドを使用した講義形式で行いますが、受講生による発言やケースの分析、受講生間でのディスカッションなども取り入れていく予定です。そのため、授業生には、受け身ではなく積極的に授業へ参加する姿勢が期待されます。
なお、各回の学習内容や進行は、受講生の理解度などにより変更する場合があります。
