Students will learn the fundamentals of Civil Law and think using regal mind.
In order to learn regal mind, both legal knowledge and ideation training are required. This course explain the system of Civil Law, and how knowledge is used in some cases.

学生が、民法の基本を理解することで、トラブルについて法的な考え方をできるようになることが目標です。
Students will learn the fundamentals of Civil Law and think using regal mind.
法的思考を養うには、法律の知識と思考トレーニングの両方が必要です。そのため、授業の前半で民法の制度を解説し、後半に具体的な事例を用いて知識がどのように使われているのかを解説します。
In order to learn regal mind, both legal knowledge and ideation training are required. This course explain the system of Civil Law, and how knowledge is used in some cases.
