株式会社のコーポレート・ガバナンス等に関わる法の構造について、社会における会社法の機能を理解し、法的なものの考え方ができる。

Powe Pointを利用した講義形式の授業を実施する。
授業内容に理解を確認するため、レポート課題を出題する（授業時間内に解答するものとする）。
レポート課題については、各回の採点終了後、要点の指摘等のフィードバックを行う。
資料の配付、課題の提出などに、Canvas LMSを利用する予定である。
Google Classroomを利用することもある。
