【Course Contents】

The primary purpose of this seminar is to understand the structure of taxes related to companies and individuals, to improve work efficiency after entering society, and to eliminate tax allergies.
There are many people in the world who have allergic reactions just by hearing the word tax. If you are a tax accountant and look around the world, you will understand that even students, such as NISA and IDECO, are shunned just because they are related to tax. However, in the business world, tax knowledge is absolutely necessary for managers, accountants, product development staff, and sales staff. Taxes are a huge cost for business management, so business knowledge is essential. In addition, in order to understand the tax on companies (corporate tax), it is essential to understand financial statements, so we will also study that.
In this seminar, I would like to convey the importance of the ability to think and act voluntarily, and the ability to convey one's opinions to others, for seminar students who will go out into society in the future. We will create a place to improve 1) ability to act, 2) ability to answer, 3) ability to persuade, and 4) ability to ask questions as more practical communication skills.
