The objective of this course is to address the issues presented by cooperating companies. Students become able to link the problems that occur in real society to economics and other academic fields.
A further objective of the course is that students to understand the social roles of companies and industries by analyzed company.
And student to acquire the ability to presentation and leadership.
For this subject the class will collaborate with Japan Airlines which leads the airline industry, to consider various issues that need to be solved in society.
The students will be divided into teams to study and discuss the presented issue. Students will improve the content of presentations based on each other’s feedback.To working on assignments with 4-5 people per team, communication among team members inside and outside of class is necessary.

協力企業から提示された課題に取り組みながら，実社会で起きている問題について, 専門科目（経済学等）の学問領域と結びつけて考えられるようになることを目標としています。また，協力企業（業界）分析から現状を理解し、企業が果たすべき社会的役割を理解し，プレゼンテーション能力やリーダーシップの能力を身につけることも目標とします。

日本航空株式会社との連携しながら，社会で解決の必要性がある課題について考えます。提示された課題に対し，チームごとに調査と議論を何度も行い，プレゼンテーションします。発表後はフィードバックをもらい,より良い発表内容に仕上げます。
1チーム4～5人で課題に取り組むため，チームメンバーが授業外でもコミュニケーションを密にしてコミュニケーションをとることが必要です。

①個人／チームとして必要な事前準備（基本情報・分析情報の収集・整理，議論）と事後学習（不足情報収集・整理，議論，資料修正など）、授業外で毎回1-2時間程度必要

・授業中に調べ学習やプレゼンテーションの準備を行う人は, WiFiに接続可能なパソコンを持参してください。（スマホで代用するのは禁止します）
・チームでのディスカッションベースの為、原則、全出席を義務（遅刻 2 回で欠席 1 回分と見なす。3 回目の欠席で D 評価）
・サマーワークショップ（日本航空のスカイミュージアム＆格納庫見学）9月4日6日に参加される方は、当該授業の履修は不可ですのでご注意ください。
・当該科目の履修に際しては、つづけて「インターンシップ」の履修が望ましい。
