To acquire the following skills for understanding economies and cultures in United States.
1. The ability to discuss the economy and business in English
2. The ability to understand and adapt to multicultural societies
In the spring semester class, as preparatory learning, students will read and listen materials about the economy and company management in the United States. Also, students will study English writing and conversation skills.
While studying in the United States, student will join in an experiential learning class at Portland State University. Here, students typically rotate between one day of typical class and then a “Field Study” excursion. The students will give a presentation on their research projects during the final week.

学生が国際的な場面で活躍するために必要となる以下のスキルを身につけることを目的とする。
1 経済・経営について英語で議論できる語学力を養成
2 異文化コミュニケーションに関する知識とそれを実践する能力の育成

プログラムは、日本での事前研修、アメリカにおける海外研修、帰国後の最終レポートの提出によって構成される。
1 事前研修（100分×14回程度）： 北米地域の経済、経営、文化等に関する事前学習、ほか
2 海外研修： 2024年8月11 日(日)～9月2日(月) ［予定］
・英語による経済・経営に関する講義およびプレゼンテーション演習
・地域経済視察、企業見学
なお、海外研修中の使用言語は全て英語となる。
