In this course, we study the theory of representations of quivers. Here, a quiver is a finite graph consisting of finite number of vertices and a finite number of arrows connecting them. In addition, we also need to understand the theory of modules of non-commutative rings necessary for quiver representation theory.
The theory of modules over non-commutative rings is rarely covered in regular lectures in department of
mathematics. In this course, we will start with the theory of representations of the quiver, which is a generalization of the theory of normal forms of matrices, and explain the theory of modules over finite-dimensional non-commutative rings.

この講義では、箙（quiver）の表現論について解説する。ここで、箙（quiver）とは、有限個の頂点とそれらを結ぶ矢印からなる有限・有向グラフを指す。併せて、箙の表現論に必要な、非可換環上の加群の理論についても解説する。

非可換環上の加群の理論は，通常の数学科の講義で扱われることは少ない．この講義では，行列の標準形の理論の一般化である箙の表現論から始めて，有限次元の非可換環上の加群の理論について解説する．
