Develop leadership by leveraging one's own attributes through addressing the 'business challenges' of the client company.
This class aims to develop leadership skills for all members and problem-solving skills that are essential for business professionals to thrive collectively.
By involving diverse stakeholders such as students from different faculties and academic years, employees from client company, students assistants, and class lecturers, students will collaboratively propose plans to address client challenges. The class format adopts small group Project-Based Learning (PBL), meeting the client's needs, aiming to provide unique value that is distinctively their own.

クライアント企業の持つ ”ビジネス課題” の解決を通じて、自分の特性を活かしたリーダーシップを発揮する。
Develop leadership by leveraging one's own attributes through addressing the 'business challenges' of the client company.
この授業は、ビジネスパーソンに求められる全員発揮型のリーダーシップと課題解決のスキル習得を目的とする。
学部や学年の異なる学生、クライアント企業の社員、教員、授業運営スタッフなど多様な関係者を巻き込みながら、クライアントの課題解決を実現するプランを考える。
授業はPBL（Project Based Learning）形式で行い、クライアントに寄り添いながら、自分たち”ならでは”の価値提供を目指す。
授業の中で取り扱うスキル（予定）：
・リーダーシップ
・ビジネスコミュニケーション
・論理思考
・課題解決力
・プレゼンテーション
