By the end of this course, students will be able to: (1) understand key ideas and concepts in the sociology of gender and sexuality, (2) actively participate in a seminar.
By reading and discussing introductory textbooks on the sociology of gender and sexuality, students will learn the key ideas and concepts, as well as a wide range of gender and sexuality related issues. Students will also learn the basic knowledge and skills of how to read literature, share their opinions, ask questions and participate in group discussions.

ジェンダー／セクシュアリティの社会学の基礎を学ぶとともに、演習の作法を身につける。
By the end of this course, students will be able to: (1) understand key ideas and concepts in the sociology of gender and sexuality, (2) actively participate in a seminar.
ジェンダー／セクシュアリティの社会学に関する入門書を講読し、基本的な考え方や概念、取り上げられてきた問題の広さを知る。文献の読解、プレゼンテーション、ディスカッションの方法の基礎を習得する。
By reading and discussing introductory textbooks on the sociology of gender and sexuality, students will learn the key ideas and concepts, as well as a wide range of gender and sexuality related issues. Students will also learn the basic knowledge and skills of how to read literature, share their opinions, ask questions and participate in group discussions.

予習：講読する文献を読んで授業に臨む。報告者は、報告用の資料を準備する。
復習：ディスカッションの内容を踏まえて、考えたことをまとめ、リアクションペーパーとして提出する。
発展的な学習：自分の経験、身の回りで起きた出来事、ニュースで報道された事件などをジェンダー／セクシュアリティの視点からとらえてみる。それによって気づいたことを誰かに話してみる。
