Students will focus on mechanisms with which social issues on development of community, where daily lives are conducted. Students will make comparisons across countries’ borders when analyzing these theoretically and practically. Students must participate actively in group works, discussions, and presentations about community change after COVID-19. .
Students will focus on the topics of communities caused by various social issues following rapid globalization, organizing actualities of issues facing communities amidst global and local movements. Students will then learn how to discuss and analyze solutions for these issues, while understanding roles of citizens and local governments. Students will learn various theories about communities. They will gain perspective to think about these questions deeply. In the first half, students will read textbooks, reports, and discuss about these topics. In the second half, depending on their issue awareness, students will create reports and learn interview methods. Students will form their issue awareness and choose their subjects as preparation for their graduation theses.

急速なグローバル化に伴い、コミュニティという「場」において,社会問題が生み出されるメカニズム,コミュニティ形成の動きなどに注目し,国際比較の視点を取り入れながら,理論と実践によって分析することを目指す。特にアフターコロナにおけるコミュニティの変容について、グループワーク,ディスカッション,プレゼンテーション等への積極的参加が求められる。

様々な社会問題が発生している「コミュニティ」に注目し,グローバルな動きとローカルな動きの中で,コミュニティが直面している問題状況を整理する。それに対してどのような解決方法があるのか,市民,自治体の役割は何か検討し,分析する手法を学ぶ。プロジェクトベースでのチーム作業も導入する。コミュニティをめぐる諸理論を学び,問題について深く考える視点を身につけることを目指す。専門演習2Aでは,ゼミのメンバ-がテキストの講読,報告を行い,論点について議論する。専門演習2Bでは,各自の問題意識に基づき,報告書の作成やヒアリングの方法を学ぶ。卒業論文作成に向けて問題意識の形成,課題の設定を行う。
