-Students will not only be able to “understand” but also “do” symbolic interactionism, which is an important theory and research method in modern sociology.
-By clarifying the law of stage transitions rather than cross-sectional structures, we can solve social problems through betterment of the situation in the field.
Specific learning content is:
Students learn how to use the data-substantiated analysis (GTA) and how to think about the underlying social interaction process (SIP) paradigm (=symbolic interactionism).
In what situations you can use:
It was developed in sociology and is widely applied in fields such as nursing, care, welfare, education, organization development, and diversity & inclusion (D&I).
How to learn:
The theoretical background will be outlined in the first half of the term. In the second half, we will explain the procedure from setting an analysis theme to completing an academic paper, and deepen your learning practically, including practical training.

・現代社会学の重要な理論であり研究法でもあるシンボリック相互行為論を、「判る」だけでなく「出来る」ようになる。
・断面構造ではなく段階移行の法則を解明することで、現場の状況改善を通じた社会的問題の解決を実現する。

具体的な学びの内容は：
データ対話型分析法（GTA）の「やり方」と、基礎となる社会的相互行為過程（SIP）パラダイム（＝シンボリック相互行為論）の「考え方」を学ぶ。
どのような場面で活かせるか：
社会学で発展し、看護・介護・福祉・教育・組織開発・多様性と包括（D&I）などの現場で広く応用されている。
どのように学ぶか：
授業前半回で理論的背景を概説する。後半回では分析テーマの設定から論文完成までの手続きを解説、実技訓練を含めて実践的に学びを深める。
