【Course Contents】

Students will always bear in mind the goal of this class. Professors of this class have experiences in both industry and academia. They include visiting researchers in industry-university projects, university permanent professors, music distributors at advertising agencies, and other content business producers. In this class, they will provide students with advices that will help them in their future paths.
Class progress will be adjusted appropriately as improvement of students’ skills is a necessity. Reviewing class until last year, students have not experienced unease in class so far. However, professor may introduce or explain methodology based on class status. Absentees may miss out on these.
In general, students will study 6 chapters of the universal textbooks. If students desire, professor may add or switch 1 of them
with documents prepared separately. Students will comment on and decide these materials after seeing samples in the first class. During the first class, professor will give students guidance on subjects. In addition, students will create basic presentations to jumpstart discussion of each chapter. Students will be divided into groups, each handling specific chapter. Participation in these chapter groups is obligatory. However, all students will make their presentations on chapter 1 of universal textbooks during 13th and 14th classes.
In addition to classes based on universal textbooks, professors will invite their associates and guests working in media scenes to participate in class discussion for 1 time. Depending on their schedules, class sequences or subjects may be modified.
All classes will share the following universal contents. Students will improve their ability to read basic literatures. Through seminar learning, students will acquire skills required in future researches (learning) such as writing summary, making presentation, and discussing. Universal textbooks will be used in all classes.
