To understand learning based on diversity and communication, through lessons consist of the study of intercultural learning theories, experiential learning activities and producing intercultural training.
Students will study the history and basic concepts of intercultural communication training and intercultural learning. By incorporating activities carried out in intercultural training, students will participate in activities in order to learn the process behind the intercultural learning and also develop their intercultural communication competence. Students are expected to participate in activities on their own initiative.

異文化学習理論、体験を通じた学び、異文化トレーニングの計画・実施で構成される教室活動を通じ、多様性とコミュニケーションを前提とした学びを理解する。
To understand learning based on diversity and communication, through lessons consist of the study of intercultural learning theories, experiential learning activities and producing intercultural training.
異文化トレーニングの歴史と基礎概念、異文化トレーニングを支える異文化コミュニケーションの概念、および異文化学習について学ぶ。異文化トレーニングで行われるアクティビティをとり入れた学習活動を通じ、異文化学習（例：経験が学びに結びついていく仕組み）について理解し、同時に異文化コミュニケーション能力の向上を図る。教室活動への参加および準備に主体的に取り組む学習姿勢が要求される。
Students will study the history and basic concepts of intercultural communication training and intercultural learning.
