Understanding the fundamental structure of legal regimes of principal fields of public international law necessary for securing stability of international society.
Supposing that the students have basic understanding of public international law, detailed explanation and comments will be given regarding the law of treaties, the law of State responsibility, the law relating to individuals, international environmental law, the law concerning peaceful settlement of international disputes, legal regulations concerning armed conflicts.

国際社会の安定化を図るために基本的重要性を有する法的仕組みを理解する。
Understanding the fundamental structure of legal regimes of principal fields of public international law necessary for securing stability of international society.
国際法の基本的枠組みを扱う国際法１を既に履修済みである、あるいは並行して履修していることを前提として、条約の法的効力、個人と国際法、国際違法行為に基づく責任、国際環境保護、国際紛争の処理方式、国際安全保障、武力紛争の法的規律について、その基本原則・制度的枠組みを説明する。
