In this course, the students will review various business schemes carried out by companies and discuss legal issues and specific contracts associated with business transactions, with a view to finding solutions to the issues. The lecturer aims to enhance the abilities to identify issues and skills to solve issues that students will need when they enter the business community.
In this course, textbooks and materials written by the lecturer and news reports on day-to-day business topics (at home and abroad, regardless of business sector) will be used.
The lecturer's practical experience in the business community (e.g., experience in contract negotiations), personal connections, and other valuable resources will be utilized to the maximum extent possible to enhance the students' knowledge on business.
In addition, the lecturer plans to invite specialists associated with respective seminar topics as guest speakers so that the students will be able to hear advice from them.
In addition, in order to understand the actual situation in the industrial world, we will divide into teams and conduct research on specific industries. For that reason, we are planning to conduct interviews with specific companies in the lecturer network. (For example, the semiconductor industry, the IT industry, etc., conducted this has been carried for the past three years.) We plan to hold a results report meeting within the exercise around the end of December for research activities
The lecturer hopes that the students will further enhance their knowledge regarding how law is being used in the practical world and where legal issues exist
.In addition, although it is not essential, if there is a person who would like to set a theme of a legal issue that they are interested in, investigate and research the theme for one year, and summarize it as a thesis, I will provide guidance for that purpose..

企業が実施している種々のビジネスのしくみを考えて理解しながら、ビジネス取引に伴う法的課題や具体的な契約についてメンバーで意見交換しながら課題解決をして行きます。
メンバーが企業社会等に入った時に求められると考えられる課題の抽出力、課題を解決する力を醸成したいと考えます。

講師が執筆したテキストやオリジナル作成資料、日々のビジネス関連の報道事案（業界、海外・国内を問わない）を抽出して適宜それらを使用しながら進めて行きます。
講師が企業社会で経験した契約交渉などの実務経験、保有する人脈、その他保有する有用な資料などを最大限活用、提供しながらメンバーのナレッジを拡大して行きます。
上記に加えて、演習で取り上げたテーマに関して有識者を必要に応じてゲストで参加いただきアドバイスを受ける機会も設けたいと思います。
また、産業界における実状を把握する為にチームに分けて特定の業界について調査する活動も行います。その為に講師のネットワークで特定の企業にヒアリング活動も行う予定です。（例 半導体業界、IT業界など最近3年間実施） 調査活動については12月末を目処に演習内で成果報告会も実施する予定です。
上記の活動などを通じて法律が実社会でどのように活用されているか、どこに問題があるか等に関してメンバーの知見（ナレッジ）をさらに広げてください。
また必修ではありませんが、もし自分の関心がある法的課題のテーマを設定し１年間当該テーマについて調査・研究し論稿として纏めたい方がいればその為の指導も行います。
