The aim of this course is to develop participants' legal thinking skills through analyzing specialized literatures on international law.
Designated participants prepare and submit a report on assigned literatures in advance.
The literature covered will be related to the basic content studied in International Law 1 and International Law 2, but with a specialized perspective.

国際法に関する専門文献の講読を通じて、国際問題を法的に検討する思考力を養う。
The aim of this course is to develop participants' legal thinking skills through analyzing specialized literatures on international law.
各回のテーマに応じた対象文献についての参加者による報告と質疑応答、議論を通して検討する。
対象文献は、国際法１および国際法２で学修する基本的な内容に関わりながら、専門的な観点からの考察を加えたものを取り上げる。

各回の対象文献について、全員が熟読の上、報告者はレジュメを作成し事前に配布することが求められる。
演習では、報告書について、質疑応答を通して内容の正確な理解を深めると同時に、批判的な検討を加える。

①題目：本演習への参加を希望する理由。どのような問題について関心を持ち、どんなことを知りたいと考えているか。

演習論文：実施しない。
この演習は参加者が調査をふまえた報告書を提出し、それについてお互いに建設的な意見の交換を行うことで成立します。国際法を学びつつ、法的議論の組み立て方、法的視点に基づく文章の書き方を身につけたい学生、議論を通じて自らの理解・知識を確かなものにしたいと考える学生の参加を期待します。
