【Course Objectives】

The aim of this course is to promote a deeper understanding not only of Civil Law but also law in general through researches, analysis, reporting, discussions, and presentations outside the campus.

【Course Contents】

1. Law education. The aim of this project is to develop an ability to explain significance and fascination of law and jurisprudence to people who are unfamiliar with law. It is expected that the participants will rediscover the significance of what they are studying in the College of Law and Politics. Participants will give lectures on law in junior high schools or high schools. Participants shall take the initiative in planning the lectures, including choosing subjects of lectures and finding appropriate schools.

2.University life and Law -Research and Presentation. In this project, participants should survey legal problems that students in our university are facing, and make presentations outside this seminar about basic knowledge and fundamental concepts of those problems.

Participants are urged to prepare carefully for each class, make presentations, and participate actively in the projects. Every participant should find what he/she can do to make the projects successful.
