The goal of this course is to deepen the students' understanding of rights and dispute resolution through a variety of issues related to sports.
This class will discuss issues such as sexism, violence, and doping in sport. The topics to be covered can be changed according to the interests of the students.
Students will need a significant amount of time to gather in groups, collect documents, etc. to prepare for class. In addition, students are also scheduled to participate in exchanges with students from other departments. Therefore, this seminar is open to students who are able to devote a sufficient amount of time.
Furthermore, please note that students who wish to take this seminar will be interviewed. If you wish to be interviewed, please apply by March 20th. Interview applications are being accepted by email (fujisawa@rikkyo.ac.jp).

この授業の目標は、スポーツをめぐる様々な問題の検討を通じて、権利や紛争処理についての理解を深めることにあります。
The goal of this course is to deepen the students' understanding of rights and dispute resolution through a variety of issues related to sports.
この授業では、スポーツにおける性差別、暴力、ドーピング等の問題について議論します。なお、授業で取り上げるテーマは、履修者の関心に応じて変更することがあります。
履修者は、授業の予習のために、グループで集まったり、資料を集めたり、多くの時間を必要とします。また、ディベートを通じて他学部学生と交流することも予定しています。そこで、この演習のために、十分な時間を割くことのできる履修者を募集しています。
なお、履修希望者を対象として、面接を行います。面接を希望する方は、3月20日までに申込みを行ってください。面接の申込は、メールで受け付けています（fujisawa@rikkyo.ac.jp）。
