【Course Objectives】

The U.S. financial and capital markets are vast and constantly innovating, forming a crucial pillar of the global economy. The U.S. securities regulations governing them are equally wide-ranging and complex. In this seminar, by using movies and novels as materials, the goal is to gain insight into the overall picture of U.S. securities regulation and to enjoy encounters with diverse economic, social, and cultural perspectives.

In this seminar, participants are expected to read and present on the specified materials that are allocated to each of them, followed by the discussions among the participants.
